Critical Analysis on Gender and Sexism A difficult challenge confronting sociologists is the integration of the social factors of class, race and ethnicity with the phenomena of gender and sexism. This essay will argue, through a critical analysis of Patience Elabor-Idemudia's "Challenges Confronting African Immigrant Women in the Canadian Workforce," that while a sociologist must consider all of these factors, in many circumstances she/he must prioritize which factors are of particular significance in a given context.
